to web design, multimedia and print media; and to other sources
and sites within the Art, Design and Communication Communities.
These pages will also feature
portfolio samples showing examples of Design Solutions provided
to Advertising, Marketing, Architectural, Engineering and Development
companies in the US and overseas; in the Middle East, Africa
and South East Asia; on all size projects from small to large,
including Web Site Design using traditional graphic hand techniques
and extensive use of Photoshop®, Illustrator®, Corel
Draw®, Frontpage®, Dreamweaver, all MS Office programs
and various 3d programs, including Truespace® and 3DS max®
My goal is to provide quality work and fast delivery, with excellent
affordability. To achieve this, I offer several different techniques
to fit within almost all time constraints and budgets. Prices
will vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

THE
PROCESS
WHAT'S
NEEDED?
I
will need plans, elevations and materials (photos of the site
would also be great) to work up an estimate of cost and time
needed for the project. I request 20% of the total fee with
the signing of the contract, and the balance of 80% due upon
completion of the project..
A
fee estimate will be submitted upon review of the plans and
a discussion of the project requirements, followed by a Simple
Contract of Agreement and Assigment of Rights. A simple line
drawing or 3D block digital preliminary image will then be submitted
for approval on all views (usually within 5-7 days). Following
preliminary view approval, work on the final image will commence,
and completion and delivery usually takes from 7-10 days. Work-in-progress
reviews on the more complex projects may also be necessary for
review during the final rendering process.
